This project looks at the organizational culture of Euronics in Jyderup and Euronics in Nykøbing Sjælland as well as the managerial leadership roles of the leaders in both stores, and any correlation there may be between said organizational cultures and the leaders’ managerial leadership roles. During the analysis and discussion, it was discovered that there was a correlation between managerial leadership roles and how the employees saw the organization’s culture. This analysis is based on the theories of Edgar Schein as well as Kim. S. Cameron and Robert E. Quinn.
