Methods and tools about project leadership and planning is increasingly seen as an important competency to acquire for individuals as well as organisations. Because of this evolvement, this project investigates how a designed concept can help aspiring and experienced project professionals in their practical project expertise. In collaboration with the danish company Rovsing Business Academy, we have identified a target group, which needs are crucial for the developed and designed solution. The problem area is studied through multiple qualitative interviews. Our design is a proposal for a conceptual solution, which is materialized through an online-network as well as a physical professional network. Through an understanding of organisational knowledge creation, the project seeks to investigate how the knowledge creation process can help the target group in improving their practical competencies.
