This paper examines how individuals experience and manage the change processes in an organization, and what affect it might have on the individuals work condition. The paper involves two schoolteachers with different years of work experience. Phenomenology is the framework of this project. My empirical data consists of two qualitative interviews, upon which my analyses are
built on. Throughout the paper I find out that the two schoolteachers have some similarities on how the experience the change process. But it is how they deal with the change process where the two schoolteachers differentiate from each other. This separation leads to a different way, where the teachers acts different when in school, even though they are in the exact same line of work.
