Abstract
The main subject of the project is the migration of the highly skilled individuals from developing countries to more advanced economies, in the text referred to as brain drain. As it is mostly considered to be a negative phenomenon, the analysis will investigate characteristics of the brain drain, and the possibility of reversing the brain drain by encouraging the professionals to return to their source country.
