Abstract
There is no single definition on what the meaning of LTC work is, however pointing towards that it relates to different types of work related to supporting especially elderly people either in their private home or at an institution. Quality of LTC work relates to the issue of the ability to have the necessary staff and time to deliver the long-term care work for the professionals doing the work in the sector, as well as the level of wages.
