Abstract

This chapter offers analytical strategies for illuminating the role of more-than-human agency (such as plants, foods, built environments, clothing, and more) in cultural encounters. In doing so, it re-thinks connections between culture and nature in analysis of cultural encounters. The target audience of the anthology are university students in Denmark.
