While in Copenhagen you cannot leave your apartment without being confronted with the extraordinary achievements, the municipal administration want you to feel that you are a part of, in Aarhus focus is blatantly on the developers as a driving force in the city's development. In both cities, however, it's all about the money, Jesper Pagh writes in this contribution to the debate.
