Abstract
Diplomatisk pres fra Vesten har før stoppet den genopblussede krig mellem DR Congo og Rwanda. Men en bæredygtig fredsaftale vil kræve, at mange af de underliggende årsager til konflikterne i DR Congo bliver adresseret såsom jordrettigheder, politisk repræsentation, og regionale spændinger.
