OtherThe focus of Danish universities is both the learning outcome and on the well-being of students. The university forms the settings and the people at the university establish the relationships – together relations and settings form very diverse learning environments. How do the learning environments look like from your point of view?

At the DUN Conference 2023, we will focus on how our students thrive and how we, as teachers and educational consultants, can support the students' learning and them being and working together.
The conference focuses on how the physical and the psychological study environment both looks and works. Furthermore, the conference focuses on, how university staff can support and facilitate the building and maintenance of good relationships during our students’ time of study - both between lecturers and students, and in-between students.

For many students, the time in university is both exciting and challenging, with many opportunities and choices: Have I found my niche? Am I together with the right people? And am I learning what I am supposed to learn? How can we as university staff help create good relationships and settings in study environments that support the students' learning and well-being?

Questions and topics can be, for instance:

How have the new generations experienced the transition into university, and how can universities ensure an inclusive and inspiring study environment for both new and seasoned students?
What good and less good experiences do the universities have with establishing inclusive, safe, and activating learning environments?
What are the experiences with developing new teaching methods and supporting student collaboration? How can we make use of these experiences both online and in physical learning environments?
