The increasing diversity and inequality in European societies affects work places at all levels, especially the organizational. Recognition and celebration of workforce diversity is combined with the phenomenon of inequalities and redressing discrimination as well as disadvantages. The psychosocial aspects along with the macro-structure are examined, especially intersection of racism and sexism with the class belongings. Recognition of the differences and similarities between and among social groups, and reflections for policies are emphasized. Students’ responses and evaluations will be included. Symposium participants’ comments & suggestions are welcome.
