N2 - This report summarizes the results of a co-creation workshop carried out at Arla, one of the industrial partners of the REWORK research project. This one-week workshop aimed at mapping and tracing the various transformations that have taken place in the workplace in the past decades, with special focus on the design of the workplace, social interactions, technology, and infrastructure, as well as work tasks and activities. This report summarizes some of the high-level findings and encapsulates concrete design suggestions to changes in the workplace environment. While this report has been based in fieldwork carried out at Arla, much of the findings and design suggestions are applicable to the modern post-pandemic workplaces, where work is carried out anywhere and anytime.
