Bilateral triple helix

Abstract

The bilateral triple helix is a government–business–university innovation cluster that links actors from two countries in partnership arrangements. The intent is to develop innovative solutions to national and global challenges, such as those indicated in the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, and translate ideas into practice.
