What is AI and how does it affect the work of communication professionals? In this 9 minute talk, Ib T. Gulbrandsen introduces the emerging field of AI-assisted strategic communication, focusing on how it both draws on and departs from the now familiar practices of digital and datafied communication. He also tells us about how he became an expert online shopper during the pandemic, thanks to AI.
