Description
This research examines how three southern European cities involved in EU Climate
neutrality mission - Grenoble, Bologna, and Guimarães - have involved diverse citizens in the making of their city climate contracts despite a limited tradition of participatory planning. Through interviews with key municipal actors in each local I examine these ities’ distinct modes of citizen involvement.
