Project Details
Description
Workplace mistreatment, encompassing harassment and derogatory treatment, remains a pervasive challenge with significant implications for employee well-being, organisational performance, and societal equity. While research underscores the need for effective, evidence-based interventions, robust experimental evaluations remain scarce.
This research project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a participatory intervention integrating memory workshops and forum theatre (Power Plays), designed to prevent workplace mistreatment by changing workplace environment through norms, attitudes, and behaviours, managerial responsibility, and bystander interaction.
