Description
FoSSNet is a 4-year Horizon Europe funded project dedicated to establish a long-lasting pan-European network for Food Systems Science, advancing open and inclusive science and education for food systems transformation.
Our approach is transdisciplinary and systemic, integrating a rich diversity of knowledge and perspectives—from biology, nutrition, and engineering to ethnography, sociology, economics, and law. By fostering collaboration between academia, policy makers, industry, and society, we ensure comprehensive and effective solutions for a healthier, fairer, and more sustainable food system.
FoSSNet is committed to addressing the growing demand for sustainable food systems, directly contributing to the EU’s Farm to Fork strategy and FOOD2030 priorities. Join us as we work towards a future where food systems are equitable, resilient, and environmentally friendly.
