PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To develop a visual methodology (visual matrix) to investigate three key transitions of old age: work to retirement, mental health to various forms of dementia, life to death

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE
1. To organise three workshops in order to explore the contribution of a visual methodology to understanding the identified transitions of old age
2. To refine the methodology through the workshops and develop a set of guidelines and a training pack for their future use
3. To consolidate a Nordic research network with a UK collaborator in order to build capacity with a view to a research application to the new health
programme -Health, Demographic Change and Wellbeing- under the Horizon
2020, priority area- Active and Healthy Ageing (2016/2017).
