Description
Our goal is to investigate how different stakeholders perceive urban transportation
robots, how the robot changes the relationships among organizations involved in food delivery, and how food recipients and bystanders perceive the food delivery. Stakeholders include Housing services (the organization that manages the robots), restaurants and dining services on campus, clients of the food delivery, and bystanders who observe the delivery of food.
