Evalueringsopgave på et empowermentprojekt om udvikling af et Community Center i Gellerup planen, hvor sundhed, beskæftigelse, frivilligt socialt arbejde og biblioteksarbejde sammenkobles i et multietnisk boligområde.Evalueringen trækker på empowerment teori og appreeciative inquery metoden
