Research
My research falls within the field of sustainble agrifood systems. Under this umbrella, I have conducted research within a broad scope of projects, from food anthropology and food education, to systemic approaches to green transitioning in the agrifood system. A common red thread throughout my research is to span dichotomies, such as those of production-consumption and alternative-conventional. I have especially strengthened my focus on the potentials in flow of knowledge and shared innovation across and beyond the traditional silo and chain perspectives.
