Research

I began my academic journey at the University of Trento in Italy, focusing on Social-Territorial Belonging, Ethnicity, and Border Studies, as well as Work Values. My research expanded through my involvement with the European Values Survey (EVS), collaborating with both the Italian and Danish teams.

My interests evolved to include Entrepreneurship Behavior and Social Network Analysis, leading me to the Aarhus School of Business, where I taught and conducted research for several years. Transitioning to the private sector, I applied sociological research methodologies to business, concept, and product development. This shift sparked my passion for innovation and design research, particularly in future studies and ethnographic design research to support concept and marketing strategy development.

Over the past 20 years, I have held executive roles in various internationally active companies. Since February 2024, I have been an external lecturer at Roskilde University (RUC), supervising student projects and teaching Strategy at the BA level.
