Expert in Central Asia and the former USSR (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, as well as Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia).

Ten years of experience working with civil society, human rights, media and journalism, security and gender (in)equality in politically repressed contexts.
