Research
Liudmyla Krasnytska is a PhD candidate at Roskilde University and Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS) exploring how Ukrainian stakeholders’ perceptions of the goal of foreign aid shape donor-funded recovery implementation. Her work builds on nearly a decade of experience with international NGOs in Ukraine, where she managed projects on social cohesion, gender equality and women’s political participation, and gender-responsive local governance. Her research interests include Ukraine; Public Administration; Public Policy; Policy Implementation; International Development; Governance in Conflict-Affected Settings; Aid in Conflict-Affected Settings; Foreign Aid; Donor–Recipient Relations; Local Governance; State-Society Relations.
