I am an Associate Professor in Subjective Learning, Educational Studies and Critical Pedagogy and Head of the Research Group in Learning, Education and Pedagogy (LEAP). My interest in research are Welfare Professional Education and Development emphasizing Experience Driven Sustainable Knowledge, Action Learning and Organizational Change. The Social Inclusion, Diversity and Equality of Young Persons and their Experience of Belonging in Institutional and Everyday Life. The Social and Cultural Experiences of Education and the gendered, embodied practices of Learning in Everyday and Work Life. The Research is Qualitative, multifaceted, Forms of Fieldwork and Interviewing, which emphasizes the participatory and collaboratory dimension as well as different kinds of Action Research Methodologies. It is a special interest to develop new creative facilitating, artistic and activist research formats and experience-driven workshop practices of collaborative and collective knowledge production.



I am a coordinator, teacher and supervisor in Master in Education and Learning emphasizing the significance of Subjectivity and Socialization for Adults Learning in Everyday Life and Work-Life. I teach and supervise in the Bachelor program of Humanities concerning the dimensions of Subjectivity and Learning and research of Pedagogy and Educational Studies. Alongside, I Teach and Supervise in the Master in Social Psychology and Learning, coordinating the Course in Social Psychological and Pedagogical Research Practice, and the Course Understandings of Problems, Social Interventions and the Participants everyday life on Master in Social Intervention. I am Engaged in the Development of Students' Collaborative Projects, and Collective Work and Research Learning.
