Research

My research concerns the relations between technological and organizational development, working conditions and industrial relations. I have undertaken research in working environment and the regulation in this area, and I have contributed to the development of a conceptual understanding of ‘work and sustainability'. 
In recent years my research interests have been related to the working environment in ‘boundaryless work', changing time structures in working environment, and changes in administrative work related to ICT.

I am making research in

- Efforts to improve the psychosocial working environment in companies with ‘boundaryless' work.

- Effect of ICT in administrative work on the working environment, control and gender relations.

- The ‘environment of time' in modern working life.

- Meaning as a factor for working environment.
