Research

Niels N. Grünbaum received his PhD in 2003 for his work on satisfaction formation in a business-to-business context. His research interest is based on problems that originate from theoretical areas such as; business-to-business marketing, relationship marketing, service marketing, traditional marketing, philosophy of science and qualitative as well as quantitative research methodology.
