Personal profile

Research

I am employed as Professor at the Department of Social Sciences and Business at Roskilde University and I am heading the research group on Inovation in Service and Experience.

My main research interest is how institutional and organizational frameworks are created to deal with the impact of innovation, technology and other forms of change on business, especially in tourism, and society. My current research is focusing on a practice-based understanding of the  innovation process, i.e. innovation is seen as closely connected with practices and routines.

I have participated in numerous projects about service innovation, experience economy, cooperation between public and private organizations, public innovation, the boundary between employees and users, and trust within and between organizations.
