Personal profile
Research
I am an associate professor in the business section in the Department of Social Sciences and Business. My research focuses on non-profit management, organizational hybridity, social innovation, and the involvement of service users and volunteers in co-producing social services. Recent research projects have investigated the role of refugee and local volunteers in refugee integration services in Vienna, the sustainability of co-production over time, and the impact of context on how non-profit professionals involve citizens/ service users in co-production in England, France and Quebec.
