Organisation profile

The group contributes to the science of effective management and organization theory at an international level. Our scholars work across various disciplines as they examine themes that are of importance for companies and organizations of all sizes, including financing and marketing; organization and leadership; trust and job satisfaction; public relations, legitimation, ethics and responsibility; as well as communication, crises and conflicts in and between organizations. The work is often carried out in close dialogue with specific organizations.
