The Health and Society Research Group is a dynamic and interdisciplinary research group that investigates current health-related issues across a wide range of methods and scientific disciplines (nursing science, sociology, anthropology, social psychology, health education, public health science, and biostatistics).

Our research analyzes the intersection between individuals, healthcare institutions, and the welfare state with a solid theoretical foundation, a critical and constructive approach, and a strong ambition to translate knowledge into practice.
