The Nordic research initiative on sexual harassment at work.

It can be difficult to render visible, put into words or talk about sexist and sexual harassment in workplaces. Studies show that staff in the health and care sectors are highly vulnerable to sexist harassment and that their strong professional care ethic makes staff inclined to conceal or normalise workplace harassment. Therefore, in the project Power Plays – preventing sexual harassment through memory work & forum theater in workplaces of care, researchers in Denmark, Finland and Sweden, together with health and care industry partners, developed a new preventive tool that comprises a memory workshop, forum theatre and a tool compass.
