Activity: Talk or presentationLecture and oral contribution

Description

As a part of the Human Rights Clinic at the University of Edinburgh Law School, I organised and facilitated a webinar to present legal policy and research that I have been involved in. The discussion focused on:

- Children’s Right to a healthy environment (legal and non-legal frameworks)
- Participation of children in environmental issues
- Enhancing access to justice for children in environmental issues
- Broad suggestions in terms of what the incorporation of the right to a healthy environment could look like in terms of legislative and procedural provisions and national practise in Scotland
