In spite of the varying opinions and perspectives concerning the Accords, we believe that, in light of their 30th anniversary, we are presented with a unique opportunity: to reflect upon the status quo between Palestine and Israel and the future between both parties. Situated in Madrid, the city that hosted the 1991 Peace Conference, and accompanied by the historic symbolism of the Iberian Peninsula as the land of the three Abrahamic traditions, this congress seeks to offer a crossroads between diverse points of view, as welded together by the overarching motif of civic and fruitful exchange.
