Description

Retention of ethnic minority students i labour market education and training can be seen as problem caused by linguistic and cultural differences and problems with the inidividual student. This approach is promatised and substited by the introduction of the concept of "learning culture" for understanding the problem of students dropping out and for a didactical aproach to the solution of the problem.
