AI is already influencing jobs, employees, and management and will thus have a significant effect on the future workplace, as it can enhance efficiency, decision-making and innovation. Effective AI management requires strategic alignment with the organization’s goals, and to build a skilled workforce, and overcoming resistance to change. In this session, the three researchers will present cases from different organizations in Denmark where AI is already used. They will discuss the type of knowledge that is best suited for AI, benefits and challenges in companies when using AI and provide solutions for successfully managing AI in organizations by integrating people and organizational goals.
