Studenteropgave: Fagmodulprojekt

Abstrakt

In the following project it will be examined which norms exists in daily life of the youths in our society,
and how these are both essential for and reproduced by the expression of the young people. By making
two interviews with focus groups of four 16-18 year olds each, we will learn that there are some clear
ideals of what is accepted and wanted and what is not. These ideals are different depending on what
social group the young person is a part of, but it is certain that in every group a set of unspoken rules
will occur. The development of the social media has its saying about how to dress and what to like,
but the most important factor throughout both interviews are the friends. It is mainly in the interaction
between young individuals the norms will be produced and reproduced, and the set of rules, made by
the norms, has a crucial influence on how the youth wants to be seen and wants to see themselves.
