Studenteropgave: Semesterprojekt

Abstract This project studies how the Internet has affected the human behaviour, when it comes to illegal file sharing and the search towards a solution, which can eliminate or decrease piracy behaviour. Our empirical data, was conducted in two interviews with Rettighedsalliancen, who is against illegal file sharing and Piratpartiet, who is in favor of free file sharing. Furthermore, the group made a survey, which purpose was to search for answers to why and to what extent, the users in the age-group from 18-34 years uses illegal file sharing. These studies showed that illegal file sharing is extremely popular in this target group, but solutions which can eliminate illegal file sharing completely, is yet to be made despite the fact that studies made by Yougov shows that potential solutions such as Netflix and Spotify has increased in popularity.
