Abstrakt

In our everyday life we use a lot of systems that holds our personal information(name, date of birth and sometimes credit card). If you take the example of “rejsekortet” or “mobilepay” these systems holds timestamps from check in and out, full name, credit card info and more from their many users. Because of this huge data collection the group took interest in databases. We decided to try and make a database that could hold information like this for a large amount of users. Our example of a place to implement it would be at a event like “Roskilde festival”. The system is developed as an object oriented program, this means that all the information like the users name, age and balance becomes one object that can be called in the program when needed. The program tries to follow the S.O.L.I.D design principles, which can be argued that we close to fully follow(except for interfaces). The interfaces are something that should be implemented to make it easier for others to develop the program further. The group believes that we have successfully created a system that can hold a lot of different information in assigned tables and that our program works with only few small and easy fixable problems.
