In the two composed case companies Zleep Hotels and Hotel Skt. Petri, there has been made a study of challenges in terms of organizational structure, internal communication and building of opinion from the managers' perspective. Hotel Skt. Petri trying to have a flexible and organic work environment by having an effective level of communication and thereby be able to give the guest a service experience in order to achieve additional sales. Zleep are going through organizational and economic growth, in that context, they want to adapt to the development and the changes they are experiencing. Through our analysis of the interviews, we try to get an overview of how the managers view affects internal communication. We will on this occasion make recommendations for streamlining their internal communications. To start with, we will present the challenges we see in the hotel industry, which can be related in terms of our assumptions. Subsequently, we will present theories concerning organizational structure, opinion creation and communication processes. The presented theories must be the foundation for our response to the presented problem formulation, dealing with organizational structure and internal communication at St. Petri and Zleep and the challenges and opportunities for improvement can be compared to these. We will finally make a collection of the analysis of individual cases and then draw conclusions from the results we get before we perspective on possible changes.
