This assignment works with dialogue as a way to help new team leaders communicate values, and structure their organization or projects. Dialogue has many aspects and is processed in this assignment according to Mikhail Bakhtins definition: All communication is dialogue and consists multiple voices with different tendencies. A dialogue based game: Troubleshooter - Lead & Learn was made in addition to the assignment, which was tested on a LARP-organizing group called The Colorful Feather. The test was observed to analyze how the organizers constructed their dialogue. Furthermore a focus group interview took place after the test, to add the participants' experiences to the analysis and give an overall impression of the dialogue. The analysis contains theory about positioning, self-representation, centrifugal and centripetal tendencies and organization culture to show how the dialogue is constructed. This report concludes that the participants did reflect upon their structure and developed new approaches and strategies that should lead to actions and better leadership.
