The following project is a study of the psychological factors, which help determine the popularity of Batman. The aim of the report is to show the connection between the Batman character and the readers, through the theories Human Motivation, Hyper-reality and Positive Psychology. They will be combined in a triangle model explaining how the three theories are intertwined and combined will explain the readers fascination with the character. The report will end in a discussion and a conclusion, summing up the gained knowledge from the research and analysis.
