This master project case study of Bladkompagniet Aps purpose to investigate the effect of change management attempted by the second largest mail distribution company of Denmark. In the end of 2017 Bladkompagniet change their delivery system from manual to electronic device called eLIGA. The company was deliberately using manual distribution system for over 90 years, suddenly this change arises many question in the researcher's mind. Significantly, this change has not only going to affect the Bladkompagniet management team but also going to affect the 12 sub contractors through whom the Bladkompagniet is distributing their service of mail and regular transaction. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify that, how Bladkompagniet manage this change from manual to eLIGA? And how did the change affect the daily activities of the company? To know more about the change management the theory of ADKAR and KOTTER was reviewed. The perspective of this research is interpretivism and the data of this project was primarily collected through qualitative method doing interviews, observation, field visit and social media feedback of Bladkompagniet. The result shows that, the Bladkompagniet has effectively manage the change as the effect of the change on operational activity are rather positive.
