This is a study about teambuilding and it’s influence on knowledge companies. The papers empirical knowledge is build upon qualitative science interviews with teambuilding participants and teambuilding providers. Our approach to the science theory is hermeneutic and wee focus on hermeneutics philosophical and methodical aspects. Through the entire paper we will put our own as well as the participants prejudice in play. The theoretical part is build upon Michel Foucaults and Max Webers theory of power, Karl E. Weicks intersubjectivity and Paul R. Carliles and Niklas Luhmanns theory of communication. We discuss these theories as organisationaltheory. Through our studies have we concluded that teambuilding mainly affects the intersubject level between the employees in a company.
