This task is based on the four health promotion actions, made by the company Novo Nordisk A/S .In this context, we are investigating how employees at Novo Nordisk, are experiencing these health promotion actions and which experiences they have caused the employess. Novo Nordisk from their website a strong focus on health, and therefore the choice fell on this business. To identify the employees' experiences with the health promotion actions, we have chosen to use a qualitative interview method. We are investigating whether these health measures in Novo Nordisk, can create dilemmas for employees or, by contrast, creates positive experiences. In this task, we use Michel Foucault's central concept Governmentality.
