Stress i arbejdslivet: Ansvarsplacering af stress

Sandra Mi Steinhausen Steen, Marianne Lykke Lindstrøm Koch & Julian Egedal Winther

Studenteropgave: Fagmodulprojekt

In this project, it will be demonstrated which problems there are in relation to different perspectives on stress in the work life. The focus will be on what characterizes stress and where the responsibility for stress can be placed; predominantly individually opposite to society. Furthermore, the project concentrates on some of the tendencies seen in relation to the development of society, which are affecting stress. The project uses theorists Richard S. Lazarus, Hans Henrik Knoop and Svend Brinkmann to answer the problem statement. The method of the project is comparative, wherein in the analysis, the involvement of secondary empirical data in the form of a case study is included to illustrate the problem to be assessed from a realistic perspective. It can be concluded that the placement of responsibility for stress does not seemingly seem possible, whether at the individual subject or in the community.
