This assignment looks at the new danish school reform anno 2014, with a deeper look at the implementation process. The issues includes interaction and management of stakeholders. Theoretically this assignment includes classic project management and Mintzberg’s 10 leadership roles. Methodically the assignment builds on a mix of primary and secondary empirical data from different media and organisations including two school managers. In summarization we found some clear indications, that the handling of stakeholders is the crucial point for the school leaders, when it comes to the implementation of the school reform. Finally the assignment invites for further research on several areas.
