Studenteropgave: Semesterprojekt

In the following paper we have explored the difficulties of being part of a minority. Does it affect the identity making processes of the individual to meet prejudges on a daily basis, and if so what are the consequences? By interviewing a Romani we have gathered knowledge which we have used later on to analyze and discuss our thesis. It has come to our attention that a lack of information about Romanies has created a stereotypical notion about who they are, and how they act. This has an impact on the individual’s possibilities to succeed and gain recognition as an equal individual.
