This project focuses on the discovery of ideas, for the future development of “Operation Dayswork” – a Danish voluntary, non-profit organization. Through focusgroup interviews, we get an empirical hold of what the organization is all about, and what the stakeholders foresee to be the better choice in the development of the organization. To better our understanding of the development process, in which we ourselves were deeply emerged, we look at it through a change-typology. We stretch this understanding by looking at the future scenarios in a theoretical “change-perspective”. We’ve built our project upon the theories of Robert Marshak, Stephen P. Osborne, John Child and James G. March.
