This is a 3th semester project at Basic Studies in Humanities and Technology (bachelor degree) on Roskilde University. The project is focusing on persuasive technology and how small issues conflicts in Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup. With accept from Copenhagen Airport we are trying to show some interesting design issues between humans and design, and how it effect nuanced human flow. In this occasion we want to make a special thank to VIP coordinator Christian Danielsen for his contact to CPH’s Terminal Design and his allowing to make our observations in the airport. Furthermore we will make another special thank to Business Development Manager, Hasse Jørgensen, from Terminal Design for his major interest for our project, with his expertise in the interview about the airports visions for the interaction between the designed spaces and user behavior.
