This project will look at the organization, that is Mind Your Own Business. The project group will investigate the opportunities of strengthening the subjects competencies, after a terminated process at Mind Your Own Business. The organizations subjects are young boys from socially challenged residential areas. The thesis will have a managerial and organizational focus throughout the project. Furthermore, with the chosen theories in mind, the project will take a closer look at, and analyse, these factors. The purpose of the project is to bring suggestions in play in order to help Mind Your Own Business in their future work with the young boys. The project uses qualitative methods in the collection of data. The methods consist of an initial explorative interview, and two focus group interviews with respectively two project coordinators and a group of four young boys, prior part of a MYOB-process. Furthermore, an analysis of stakeholders is used. The chosen theories has the purpose of analysing the collected data. As part of answering the thesis, the project group has chosen five relevant theories. The theories will deal with aspects of the organization such as management-, organizational-, cultural-, internal- and external relations. The structure of the project is influenced by the three sub-theses supplementing the main thesis. The sub-theses is to provide an abridgment in the paper and to make the thesis more workable. Initially a method section, and hereafter a theory section, leads to an analysis section divided in three, according to the sub-theses. Finally, a discussion section will synthesize the three analysis sections, and discuss the thesis with the chosen theories in mind. This section will discuss the opportunities of strengthening the young boys competencies after terminated MYOB-process.
